Stop vodka dosing cause of bacterial bloom?

I need to know what i am suppose to do, i am currently making a batch of abour 40 gallons of saltwater to do a waterchange on my 250. Total water volume for the system is prolly around 275 with sump and rock/sand displacement. I did do some microbater7 as well but recently stopped. A reefing buddy of mine said a sign of alot of bateria is the white film on the glass of the tank? true or not i dunno but i have it. Tank is hazy looking from all sides and im pretty sure it was from adding to many fish at once...shame on me. Any help is appreciated....wanna clear my water up as fast and safely as possible.

Thanks
