Can I use 2 float valves on the same RO/DI unit?

I've been using a kent float valve connected to a 32g brute trashcan that I use for RO/DI storage for a few years and like it. Question is, can I split my RO/DI output to two separate storage tanks using two float valves? I'm getting tired of lugging 5g water jugs up and down the steps to connect my ATO to. I'm thinking of putting a 5.5g tank next to my main tank and use that for the ATO and just use the brute can for water changes.

Yup, you sure can. Putting the ro feed to your ato tank/bucket through a solenoid on a timer so it only runs for an hour or two a day will eliminate tds creep. Otherwise it will turn on for just a few seconds at a time. RO filters don't work well like this.

Thanks! I thought I could but wanted to be sure the pressure would be enough to shutoff the unit when using two. Thanks for the TDS tip too. I forgot about that in my plan.
