Is this a good power head for a 29 gal tank

800GPH wave Maker Aquarium Water Pump and i have a penn plax 700 that moves 185 gph it that ok.

Having had a 29 gallon tank, I would say yes. I would put them at opposite ends.

I don't know how to edit.
This was it with an Aqua C Remora, Koralia #2 and a Jebo 838.

Really it depends on what you are going to keep. Many LPS prefer a more relaxed flow whereas the SPS need a lot of flow. Just remember that a lot of flow does not always mean that a coral wants to be directly blasted by a powerhead, rather they are looking for random currents turning over the tanks volume many times per hour. I have a 29 and between my Mag 5 return and two Koralia 1s I have right at 1200 GPH.
