Rebuilding Reef tank.

My name is Daniel and I used to have a 90 gallon FOWLR tank about 10 years ago. I am thinking of restarting the tank but this time as a reef tank. I am in Phoenix, Arizona and would like any assistance that I can get. Also, does anyone know of any reef societies in the Phoenix area?

I would specifically like help on lighting for a 4 ft long aquarium that is 24 inches deep. Including information on good brands of 250 watt MH all in one systems which includes ballasts, lunar lights, HO, and timers. If I have to set it up individually, any recommended brands for each component? Thanks.
