Got live rock and dry rock. What now?

I got in my live rock Wednesday and my dry rock today. The LR is already scrubbed and in my tank. The dry rock is still in the box. It's been pre-cycled by the vendor.

1. What should I do to prepare the dry rock?

2. For best cycling and coralline growth, how should I arrange the live and dry rocks? Layers, jumble, what?

3. Also, a three inch flat piece with the best coralline on it fell in the grass. I washed it off. Would it be safe to put in the tank. No telling what chemicals might be in our grass.

Thanks so much.

hello,

-What should I do to prepare the dry rock? just rinse it to get rid of the dust so your water doesnt take so long to clear up.
-how should I arrange the live and dry rocks? doesnt really matter how you mix them up they are all going to look the same once the coralline covers them
-Would it be safe to put in the tank? it should be safe i would put it in my tank just rinse it with water JIC.
