Power Compacts>can I run 65w on a 55w ballast?

I have four PC Ballasts and fixtures that came with my canopy...they are 55w
I can still get the 55w but it seems they are disco'ed and mostly 65w are available. Can I safely run 65w in my 55w stuff?
