lights for my sump "fuge"????

I need some light for my sump but im not sure what to use the space that needs light is 30"x20"x18tall like 47g I was thinking of a small MH maybe like 50w? any one know were i can buy something like that or any idea with light will be good?

what i use is high output socket florescent bulb, iv got pretty much the same size sump (45g), you can make your own fixture for it as well, i used galvenized sheet metal and tacked it together with a MIG welder, then i just took a socket from a lamp and mounted it on top with some egg crate, works pretty well for me

but you can also get socket MH bulbs that will fit into a standard socket, and all you have to do is add a switch and a ballast

here is a really good site to help and i love this over my fuge it is a 40G breader tank.
and it will be alot cheaper then a MH bulb and alot less DIY.
