octopus extreme200 overflowing?

I just received my octo-extreme 200 skimmer yesturday with the PPW installed. After skimming for 24 hrs I noticed that my skimmer is pushing too much air causing it to overflow with micro bubbles.

How do i adjust the flow rate or reduce the bubble flow?

thanks..
