my clowns are divorcing :(

we have a pair of goldbars that are tank mates.
the larger (female) stayed in the BTA while the smaller (male) stayed below and cared for the BTA.

the anemone split 2 days ago. one half is working on getting across the tank, away from the original... the male has taken up residence in the new anenome.

is all hope of them becoming a mating pair lost?

advice?

They split the house amicably. That's nice. Who gets the dog?
Seriously, they are still a pair. They will spawn when it's time.

My clowns spit their time between an LTA and a Frogspawn. Sometimes they spend time together and sometimes they keep their space for a while.

At least there were no children involved in this divorce.

No experience with this personally, but I imagine they would host the same anemone again if you remove one of the nems?
