Reef Fanatic PH controller HELP!

OK I'm on my third Reef Fanatic PH controller (under warranty)

After about 3 month the 1st stopped working
Same for the second.
Now I'm on my third and I woke up this am to the PH in my reactor at 5.9!

I thought I had a bad regulator (Milwaukee)
I cleaned the solenoid and still the same thing. It was stocking in the open position.

So I went and dropped another $125 for a new regulator. Got home SAME THING!! The regulator opens but does not close.

It took me a while but I round that on the off position my PH controller outlet is leaking 11.2VAC. That must be enough to keep the valve open.

Anyone else have this problem?

I hate to Call RF again....
