What is this stuff on my rocks?

So I noticed this about a week or 2 ago and didn't think much of it but now its bugging me and I can't figure out what it is. It appears as a white (almost transparant) film on ALL of my rocks. I have hundereds of sponges in my overflow and they are night and day different so I don't think its a sponge. It doesn't seem to be bothering anything (at least not yet).

Here is a pic. Its the best pic that I could get. You can see a sort of film right on the edge of the rock.

white stuff on rocks

not saying that this is your problem, but, I had the same thing and was the start of a dino outbreak that took 7 months to beat. Hope that isn't it but if it is hit me up for a pm on my solution to the dino outbreak. Good luck.
