tethered float switch in sump?
hello,
I though I might use one of these in my sump just in case, to turn my return off in the event of a large water loss. I am wondering for one if they are safe for use in saltwater and if there is any other thing i should know before i did this. thanks, Adam

basicly something like this
i figured it would always be in the on position unless enough water is out of the sump that it would shut the main pump down. not sure if they are reliable enough or if they are made of something not suitable for an aquarium. I was just thinking it may be nice to have some measure of saftey against a total flood.
