Help with Coralife Pure flow RO/DI

I just purchased my very first RO/DI water filter. As the title says it is a Coralife Pure flow ll 50 G/Day.I have a nano tank so I only use the device 1X in two weeks to get my 12G of water for water changes and evaporation.

I hooked it up no leaks all works fine, TDS meter shows 0.00 ppm at the outline. However when I stop the pressure the water level in the last chamber(DI) starts to drop, and leave the chamber only half way filled with water. Is this a problem?

Thanx in advance!
