PH Readings For RO/DI?

How high should the PH be on freshly filtered water? I just tested mine and it was 9.02. Will temp make a probe give false readings?

I would think it is dependant on the ph to start with mine is 7.2 before and 7.0 after.

The pH of RO/DI water can't be measured accurately by our test equipment, and it's not relevant, in any case. Since it has no buffer, the pH can change very rapidly.
