boiled liverock

I boiled a piece of LR that wieghs about 10lbs.I have about 120 lbs in my DT.Im just curious if i can just add the piece back????

Yes, likely it would be fine to add back. In a large tank a piece that size won't make much of an impact. I'd do my best to clean it first - scrub it well and try to get anything loose off. Rinse it and repeat scrubbing/rinsing until the rinse water looked clean.
