This is just me, but I will never purchase from them. They openly sell bleached anemones, and label them as "white" sebea and "white" Haddoni. IMO, that is dishonest and an attempt to deceive that might not know what they are getting.

I've gotten quite a few things from them in the past and I have no complaints, they do an excellent job packaging and shipping their animals and they have very good customer service as well.

i think its hit and miss with them. I had purchased an imperator angel 3 times. First time it died like 2 days in, the second time it arrived dead, and third time was a charm. btw they advertised them as 1.5 -2" and the first two i got were less than 1"

I only ordered live animals from them once. Two fish and some hermit crabs. They were shipped in the winter when everyone was having a cold spell. When I opened the box I knew I was in trouble. It felt very cold. NO HEAT PACKS AT ALL. The fish were DOA. Most of the crabs made it. This gave me no incentive to order from them again.

I just recieved an order from them and I was very happy, but this is my 1st order but after 4 days everything seems to be doing well, except for my YWG which I can't find but assume is just hiding. I have lost a couple of sand sifting crabs for some reason but the other 2 fish, serpent star, hermits, emerald crabs and pincushion urchins are great. Plus prices can't be beat.

I ordered a bunch of astrea snails from them once and they all arrived dead. I also don't like how they label and sell white anemones. I won't purchase from them again.

I ordered from them a few years ago and the majority of my cleanup crew package was dead on arrival. When I contacted them about the problem they said they would give me a credit on my next order, but I would still have to pay full shipping charges. I chalked it up as a lesson learned, and I haven't ordered from them since.

I believe they are hit and miss, I have ordered from them several times, I try to stay away from ordering any inverts from them. They are pretty delicate and have died in the past. But I have had good luck with fish and coral. They have good customer service credited my purchase quickly, but the only down side is you have to order 30 bucks worth before you can use your credit.

I ordered from them a few times in the past... never had any trouble with them. Only thing that comes to mind that I lost was a cleaner shrimp, but I lost him after acclimation. So I chalk it up to just one of those things.
If I order again online, Live Aquaria.

A few years back my local reef club & myself placed a 800.00 plus dollar order. Everything thing was dead withen 24 hours. We had pics & posted it on the forum they run. They immediatly deleted the whole thread & made it nearly impossible to resolve the situation. I've never had good luck with them & have only dealt with my LFS or other locals for my fish purchases. I'm not gonna but another fish I can't view & monitor first.

I dont care what company it is it is hard to ship live animals there are so many variables in shipping. As for animals I always call and check on the animals and talk to them about them first, if they don,t want to talk to you about it don't order is my motto. But heat packs only work to the point of the box running out of oxygen. I think the bigger the box they are packed well in, the better the chance to get anywhere in this cold weather POking a hole in the box before adding bags of fish in my opinion is a good idea. I don't know how many boxes of fish I have gotten where the heat packs are cold then all of the sudden they are hot again after opening up the box for a few minutes. They do package well getting back to your question I have had luck with ordering fish from there a couple years ago. I think live warranties on shipping fish are a joke unless it was clearly sick or miss packaged sending live animals is a gamble you take So I dont realy see why a company should have to warranty the animals.

I believe a good business practice would be not too ship any livestock during the winter months, espeacially the colder climate states. I also would not order any any livestock during the winter months. This is just my opinion
