Target feeding with peppermints in tank
Tried to target feed my new Acan and Trumpet for the first time today, but I noticed this is not easy at all because the peppermint shrimp is relentless in his attempts to steal the food.
So, what's the trick? There must be some special technique to do this... Snorkeler Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

Put a big fat mysid shrimp in for each shrimp. They will grab it an run to feed. Then target feed the corals.
Feed the shrimp in an area away from the corals. Then they won't see the corals as a good place to steal food.
