What is this?

This is in a ball of Cheato that I got from a friend of mine. There are like 20 of these things. What are they and are they okay to have in my fuge, will they hurt corals? I don't need no pest infestation.

Those are good bristle worms to have. Wish I could get 20 more for my sand bed and rocks.
