If you have a sewing machine they are real easy to make. Just get felt from a hobby store cut down to the size you want. You can either make a drawstring or put velcro at the top. I made about 30 of these about a year ago. I switch them out every other day. When I pull them off I turn them inside out and find all the little pods and put them back in the tank. I rinse them in the water I just took out of my tank and put them in a grocery bag to await washing. When half are dirty I throw them in the washing machine with just a little bleach and then dry them.
