Coralvue ballast help

I have two 400 watt ballast with two white wires coming
out of ballast to light but one has lettering on it and one
does not . Which do I splice two white and which to the
black on my extension ballast wire I bought. Any imput
is appriciated. Thanks

TBH I don't think it matters.
