Head Loss calculator

I am trying to use the head loss calculator for a nano that I am building. I am planning on going with a sump and using a quiet one 4000 HH with 2 exits.

My questions is, when using the calculator, is the final number of 650gph the output of each exit or does 650gph need to be divided by 2 for a total of 325gph per exit?

After this, are this many gallons per hour enough movement for a 26 gallon bowfront nano intended for sps/mixed corals?

Thanks for the help.
