my koralia nano stopped working: can i fix it?

my little koralia nano's propeller is just twitching. is there anyway to take it apart like a maxijet? usually if a maxijet does this i just take it apart and do a good cleaning and its works again. can i do this for my koralia? i really dont want to buy a new one

just twist and pull on the front cage and it should come off for cleaning if its anything like the rest of the koralias

yea, i just figured that out.... its completely covered in koraline and i thought it was one peice... and i cant figure out whats wrong with it.
