Ok, i have a 210 thats 30 inches tall im running 250 SE xm10Ks with 4 160watt VHO's , I have a SPS dom tank , Do you think thats enough lighting ??? Or should i switch to 400W MH??? Anyone with advice would be appreciated Thanks

You're on the edge there. What kind of reflectors are you using ?

What kind of ballast are you using, how are the corals responding currently? Pictures?

Icecap,E . I looked on sanjays site, and comparing 250 to 400 on xm10k to radium 20K there a bit higher than the 250 10k but im not sure its a huge difference, No pics corals seem ok maybe its me LOL
