what skimmer would fit?

I am getting a sump built for a 40g where the skimmer section will be 12"X12", what skimmer would fit? And money is not an issue, I just want ideas since I can't seem to visualize what would work and what wouldn't.

look into tunze. I have a 9002 but that might be too small for you. But their bigger ones have a nice size footprint and run quiet
