Crab Id please??

I pulled this pic from the web, because I can't get a good one. I found this crab(only out at night) it is very small.

Is this one that I need to get rid of?

Looking at the size of that claw , I am guessing it is not for grazing algae. Most crabs are oppurtunistic eaters and will eat fish if the can catch them. If he is that tiny . i would not worry right now but keep an eye on him when it starts growing .
