best HOT skimmer for 30gallon?

I'll be starting a 30 gallon oceanic cube soon and wanted to know what's the best HOT skimmer for it. it'll be a mixed reef with lps, softies and a few sps. well mostly sps and lps. my budget is $300 and was considering octopus, WM and eshopps mainly because i want the pump outside the tank. a little help will be appreciate it.

I am using the octopus NW-200 HOT on A 55 Gal and works very well, it's easy to clean and maintain and it doesn't seem to crash like other skimmer do when add something to tank like food and supplements.

Isn't the nw 200 in sump? I need it HOT/HOB.
