Refractometer any good??

I was looking around, and found this refractometer...anyone bought from them?

any pros or cons?

I got mine from ebay as well. Problem is I havent received it yet. Apparently it is coming from Hong Kong. Factor in the holidays and I probably wont get it until next year!

Ordered it on NOV 30th BTW from gainexpress

Be sure to calibrate it with a seawater standard. Calibration with RO/DI will likely lead to inaccuracy when using seawater.

This one is OK in its range, but some on ebay are not suitable for 35 ppt seawater. So be careful what you order.

what is "calibrate it with a seawater standard" mean ? i calibirated mine with ro/di water , am i not gettting a good reading ???
