Ramp up after 3 days of darkness

I'm curious how long, (and the process), everyone takes to ramp their lights back up to full photoperiod after 3 days of darkness?

I've heard 1hr the first week, 2hrs the second, 3 hrs the 3rd, but that seems real slow.

Currently I'm adding 30 mins every 3 days.

So, what is everyone else doing?

I would just fire them right back up as if nothing happened. It was stormy for three days, no big deal.
