Exclamation Help needed....

Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can purchase the hydroid Eudendrium [preferably online, or local near NYC]? I just purchased a Spanish Shawl nudibranch (Flabellina iodinea) and am experiencing difficulty locating a food supply for it.

I am kicking myself for not securing a location to purchase food before I purchased the Nudibranch!!!

Thanks,
Paul.

Hmmm...perhaps your best bet would be to contact some of the local bio labs at the nearby universities/colleges and see if they have any ideas. It's certainly not an organism you can go and pick up at the LFS, but many labs do stock things like hydroids, and they may potentially be able to help.

It's a shot in the dark, but it's the best I can think of.

Naturally, as with everything I get, it went to the far reaches of the back of the tank; therefore, this is about the best pic I could get....
