cult?, maybe it doesnt like the ritual?, JK, you mean colt, is it new?, what parameters do you have?, did you dose anything to the tank?

It could be anything from poor water quality to a curious fish that took a little nibble. If it re-inflates within an hour, there's probably nothing to worry about. If it stays shrivelled for longer than that, start investigating: water temp, nitrate, salinity, sweeper tentacles from a nearby coral, nippy fishes, etc.
