Ballast change

I have coralife PC unit. The complete hood system with 2 65w 10k and 2 65 actinic. Recently changed bulbs and now the blues have stopped working and the 10ks are very yellow. I assume the ballasts are bad. Can I take this apart and replace the ballasts or should I sell the bulbs as used and trash the unit. PS it is several years old.

if it were me i would take the opportunity to upgrade to a t5ho, led, or mh. when you buy new ballasts and bulbs your into it what you would be with a t5 setup. unfortunately you still have pc light.
