What do you add to your tank

kalk, coral snow,zeovit? what do you add?

Calcium, Alk powder, magnesium, Iodine, and strontium. Thats all. Reef tank has been going for 8 years some corals for that whole time. I use all dry stuff as well. No 2-part.

TLC

Besides that, daily the only thing I put in the tank myself is frozen food after I thaw and drain it. ATO, CA reactor handle all the other stuff plus a WC about once every two months or so.

Interesting thread. I've been wondering if I am missing out on something ie: coral growth...Because I dont dose anything but Purple Up once a week to keep my Ca up, but other than that nothing else goes into my tank and I've had good success the last 2 years...

I skim hard and do bi-weekly water changes, it must be enough

Daily, 2 ounce each of Ca and Alk & Kalk for top off.
Frozen brine shrimp every other day.
Reef Chili once a week.
10% weekly WC.

Mag once a week with wc, Calc and Alk 2 part every other day. Kz amino acid concentrate daily. RO top off. 10% weekly wc.

I only feed my fish and about once a month my anemones (( all are S. Haddoni )).

As far as dosing goes, just the big 3 --- Cal, Alk and Mag. IMO, should only dose what you can test.

My controller doses Alk/Calc for me daily.
Magnesium is like once a month or so.
Iodine 2 Drops Daily.
Vinegar 38ML Daily.
Top Off Water Controlled via ATO.
Nori Daily for the tangs.
NLS Pellets and various frozen food every other day.
Brightwell Amino Acids once a week.
