What has your dwarf lionfish eaten?
I've been going through the archives looking for info on dwarf lionfish, and I am seeing plenty of contradictory info.
So, if you have kept a dwarf lion, what has it snacked on? We'll assume shrimp are automatic lunch. Here are some things posted in past threads:

It has always been my impression from years of reading lionfish threads that they will basically eat any fish, shrimp, or crab that they can get their mouth around....and their mouths open pretty big...so probably half, maybe slightly more than half their size. I don't have any personal experience with them, but I've read a TON on them simply because I am in love with the volitans....but I will need a larger tank if I ever want to own one...and it will likely have to be a fish-only tank.

He never ate any of his tankmates. My Fuzzy at first only ate feeder shrimp. I eventually got him to eat frozen brine, Ocean Nutrition Formula One, and silversides. BOY was it tough to get him to eat frozen!!!!!
I had to tie it to fishing line and shake it as if it were alive, it took almost 2 months to get him to bite! Every night, twice a night. I don't miss that! I do miss him stalking his prey though!!!! (an emerald crab took a chunk outta him one day and he passed) |

No more will go in!” the professor blurted. “You are like this cup,” the master replied, “How can I show you Zen unless you first empty your cup.” Current Tank Info: 56g, 20g. |

I haven't had any issues with my fuzzy dwarf, I feed him regularly with feeder fish atleat 2-3 a week. He's about 2.5-3" long. I've had him in mixed company for about a year now. Most of my fish are considered semi-aggressive so they wouldn't tolorate such shennanigans from him. Well so I hope

they can go eather way my first FDL I would hand feed kril very cool fish never bothered his tank mates
the secound was a differint story would not eat krill atleast i never saw him eat it always picked out of the filter sock although he did eat a pair of fire fish and any other live thing that he could fit in his mouth i never did get a chance to try a feeder stick & krill with him it seams that if you can get them to eat frozen food and keep them fat & happy they wont bother others |
