light over fuge?

ok so i dont have my 75 set up yet but heres my ?

i have a diy very open stand. i have a hagen glo 48" t5 singled bulb 54w T5 fixture that i was thinking about hanging from the bottom of the top of the stand over my for now 29 gallon sump i think i will grow some mangroves but definatley some cheato and other macro algae.

is this enough light? to much? just right?

and also would this be enough light to possible house some frags in the far future if i had a frag rack at top of the sump?

Should be more than enough for mangroves, cheato, etc.. I use PC's for both of those.
