A reliable and cheap(er) ballast for 96w pc?

I want to fab my original oceanic single no florescent to a 96w 50/50 to match the tank. It is a fowlr tank, any ideas on bulbs as well as ballasts? Ive been thinking about the workhorse 5 by fulham. straight pin or square? i have some straight pin connectors but it seems like square pin has a larger market. Are any of the 50/50 bulbs out there true actinic? thanks for any help, Bryan

A Fulham WH7 will run 2 x 96 watt.

The WH5 will run 1 x 96 watt bulb.

Fulham makes a good electronic ballasts for compact fluorescent bulbs. Reliable and not too much $$$
