need a better skimmer- i think

i have a trigger skimmer and im not sure what the model is but i have noticed that it has to be adjusted a lot and my tank is a little dirty more than i would like it to be. i have been told trigger skimmer as not built very well. My LFS told me a euro-reef rs100 would be what i needed and it would be the same dimensions as the trigger i got because i can not go any bigger. my tank is 150 gallon with a 30 gallon sump. what do you think? Anyone use the euro reef rs100?

Whats the dimensions of the sump? Or area for the skimmer? Euro reefs weakness is the pump. There are a lot of better options skimmer wise just depends on the space you have and price you want to pay.

well the space is about 12x10 give or take an inch or so, the chamber itself is larger but thats the spot my current skimmer is sitting in.

12x10 is not a huge area but there are alot of great skimmers that would fit.

bubble king mini 200
SWC Mini S

If you can get your dimentions up to 11x13 or around there you open up a few other skimmers like Alpha and vertex lines. Along with the SWC250A and maybe a Itech.
