Hikari freeze dried food???
Anyone here try this fish food by Hikari? Its freeze dried and supposedly very nutritious for the fish.
![]() Id like to try the brine shrimp and plankton food. Anyone have any experience with it? Is it low in Po4? Thanks |

I have tried the hikari brine, i found my fish were very picky with it and alot went uneaten, i was given it with the purchase of some seachem reef salt, i told my LFS how my fish wernt so keen on it, he said thats why he was giving it away with $50+ purchases as he wasnt purchasing the product anymore.
I ended up grinding it up with some cyclopeeze, fresh mussel and spot feeding my corals with it, then i noticed the fish were interested so i added some garlic elixir and bam, my smaller fish loved it until i ran out. Id steer clear. |
