Problem with favia coral

I have a favia(or favities, has round polyps)and it is receding(dieing off slowly). I am not sure what the reason is. I did a big water change on the tank earlier this week, but this started about a month and a half ago. Nitrates, ammonia, and nitrites are zero. I don't have a alkalinity testing kit, but i think this shouldn't be a issue. I have it placed at the end of my 85 gallon tank(hex shaped acrylic tank) and it is not directly under my vho lighting, but it is getting some light but not a direct amount. The lighting is 392 watts of vho lighting.

I will say that it probably isn't getting much water flow though. Could this be the issue?

How much flow does a favia or favities coral need and how much lighting?

I have a gonipora that is doing well and a Acan that is also doing well.

Any ideas and help appreciated. thanks

Do you have a pic?
My favia thrived under my lighting. I had it in the middle. He was first on sand and did horribly, so I moved him up and he went nuts lol... (this was also when my nitrates were at a steady 80)
