My LFS has those, its about a colony of 20 for $135
I want them, but thought that was a bit extreme!

They are purple hornets. I bought them off a guy that had them next to blue hornets so it was more obvoius. I wish I had a macro lense to get a good shot.

Yeah I guess you could say that. They normally go for about $70/polyp.

For Purple Hornets? Maybe Red Hornets, but I haven't seen a PH go for that much. Price is falling on them actually. Give it a few months and they'll be down to, eh, $50 I bet.

go to manhattan reefs. People sell them for $40/per polyp. $150/per polyp is a total ripoff.
