I would say no. I tried but ended up having to get rid of the lionfish because he stung the angler.

i suggest putting the angler in a species only tank just cause they don't move and are easily picked on by other fish..... and will eat fish about 1.5 times their size

lets see here
2 diffrent fish in the same tankthat willbasicly eat anything that willfitin thier huge mouths = 1 fish in the tank unless that 1 fish chokes on the other then you have 0 fish in the tank personaly i wouldnt do it i prefer to not to loose fish and iam not fond of feeding live foods..so from my perspective i would say it is an extreemly bad idea to put a lion and angle in the same tank |
