I would suggest posting this question in the Vendor Feedback forum. That's where questions, such as this, belong.

I ordered some frozen food from them since they offer free shipping for over 50. Showed up great. They used dry ice to ship and it was packed well. I plan on trying them on a fish order soon.

I have had great experiences with them. I have gotten a coral beauty, powder brown tang, purple firefish, lion fish, and countless others from them including tons of snails and hermits. All have been the picture of health. Some of them showed ich within a day or two of delivery so qt is recommended. They stood behind any problems I have had. It is hard to get a hold of them on the phone so email is recommended. They also have good prices on feeder shrimp. To sum it up, I recommend them.
