I have about 20 BTAs, and I don't feed them when I first get them. I don't know about feeding a nem that big a half a cube... I feed all of mine a total of 1 1/2 cubes. Many BTAs will ingest what you give them, only to regurgitate it after 20-30 minutes if it's too big or too much.
