Tropic Marin
Tropic Marin Sea Salt is the best imo, i most definately recommend it at least for starting up new tanks. that and a bottle of Instant Ocean's Bio Spira and i havent lost any fish in my FOWLR. i let that sit for a week then let it cycle with my LR and LS for 1 day after that and my nitrates ended up at 10 with no ammonia or nitrites afer 2 weeks time total from setup

instant ocean is fine if you want to add calcium and mag to your water by means other than through salt. reef crystals you won't have to add much additives

I've been keping marine tanks since 1984 and never used anything but Tropic Marin. Just because 'everyone I know' seems to be using Instant Ocean ... doesn't mean that's the right answer. 65 million people smoke cirgrettes, does that mean its a good idea? How many people do you know who use IO? 5? 10? out of tens of thousands of people who have tanks? Lots of salt mixes work & there is no such thing as the 'best' for anything in this hobby. If anyone answers your "What's the best?" questions with anything other than "It depends ..." I would consider their advice suspect at some level.
