Light Downgrading Help!
I have a 300g tank that is 96"L X 30"D X 24"T. I'm getting rid of the corals and going to go to a FOWLR.... and any leftover GSP / shrooms / etc that I can't get out. I'm not terribly concerned about that though.
Currently I have 10 rows of T5's with individual reflectors (20 4' bulbs). I'm wondering what the best way to reduce / change the lighting is. Should I sell all of the lights and buy a coulple of 3-4' fixtures? Should I just keep X number of rows and sell the remainder? How many would that be. Suggestions here would be greatly appreciated! Thanks |

you might as well just decrease the number of rows of lights.
