Smile Overflow Box GPH Help Please

Hello

The Overflow box im thinking of getting measures 10" wide x 10" depth and 3" front to back, it has 2 1" bulk heads, my question is, does anybody know how many GPH this thing will drain?? the only thing the description mentions about this is that it can handle a tank up to 300 gallons,

(Mine will be 120 total 90G DT + 30G Sump/Fuge)

Any help will be much appriciated.

the 1" bulkheads are good for a max of about 300 to 350gph each. the box itself could easily handle way more than that so you will be fine.

Two one inch drains will easily handle over 1000 Gal / Hr when used in a durso set-up.....they can handle much much more when used in a full siphon setup. At any rate, with a 120, I would figure you to use a pump somewhere in the range of 900 Gal / Hr which that overflow will handle with ease.
