koralia 4 and vortech mp10
Hey guys,
My 120 (4'x2'x2') needs a little more flow! I currently have a vortech mp40 and its doing great, but my corals are growing and can tell the current is slowing down. So i slapped in an old koralia 4 which is rated for 1200 gallons and my flow is perfect now. Problem is i hate koralia's so i was going to go for the vortech mp10 which is rated for 1500 gallons. Or should i do an mp20? thanks, Nate

Stick with the MP40! JMO! I run a mp40 in my 54g and right now I have two mp40s in my 144g. And now I have a mp20 that I might convert into a mp40 or put the mp20 in the 54g and make it three mp40s in the 144g Two mp40s is not too much for a 120g.

also, I'm not sure the mp10 will work on the 120 as the glass may be too thick. Depends on your tank, of course.
