skimmer + bulbs?

im setting up a 55 gallon tank for some SPS at the top and mushrooms and zoas under. i have 2x 250 watt lights withought bulbs, and im wanting between 14k-20k. whats the best "bang for my buck"? im just 14 so i cant do over $80 per bulb, but if there is a $50 bulb i would love it! my second question is about skimmers. im not willing to spend over $200, but looking in the $120-150 range. i plan on either a snowflake eel with a fu manchu and one other fish, or a school of fish and some smaller fish. what would be the best skimmer for this setup? i will be running either a 30 gallon sump and a 20 gallon fuge, or a 20 gallon sump and a 10 gallon fuge, still havent decided yet. anyways, please help me out here, it seems that all the threads that are on a budget are usualy just skipped over because they arent as interesting... so here is my attempt to make it interesting....

if you want $50 bulbs get phoenix 14k's. they have excellent color and growth. Here are some skimmer brands with decent prices...octopus, msx, bubble magus, ASM. also if you want to find good deals check your local reef club threads for used items for sale. i was able to find a nice used skimmer body for my 90g for $20 then bought a $40 pump and it works like a champ.

awsome, thanks! i did look at the pheonixes, and ive heard great reviews, of course you wont get what you get for a $100 bulb but, it seems nice for the price! those skimmers look a lil out of my price range, but ill look at my local reef club threads. where can i find those, if its on this site, i have know clue about this site, im kinda new.
