My coral frenzy is expired.

My coral frenzy is expired lol. Does anyone think its still good? or should I just trash it?

Take a good whiff of it and let us know how it smells . I would still use it but I don't know for sure if it would harm anything.

I would immediately (if not sooner) box it up and send it to me. I will then take it off your hands and use it!. No JK, I'm sure it's ok. I've used it for quite some time. Although not 100% sure. I would use it in a heartbeat.

Just trying to get an idea of what people think. I didnt want to add more waste to my tank if it didn't have much nutritional value left.

It smells fresh, somewhat potent.

Funny you should post this. I found some CF I had tucked away and had forgotten about. I used it and it was fine. The only thought I may have is that the more expired it is, the less the nutrition value it may have.

I'm not sure exactly what it is but if there are added vitamins in it, the experation date is probably on there for them. Vitamins degrade, some quicker than others. If there are vitamins added to it, it would do good to refrigerate it to avoid further degredation of them. It's probably still good but not as potent if there are vitamins added to it.
