i had 550 watts of vho lighting on my 150 and i could not keep a nem i tried twice, i now have 660watt of vho and 500watt of mh and i dont have any problem keeping nems. my 2 nems moved to about 10 inches for the lights. also i do not target feed my nems, nems have a hard time with food over 1/4 in diameter.

I might add that those are the nems that everybody thought were such ugly ducks Matt has given them the TLC they needed - ugly no more.
