For the brain or lobo (I can't tell from the picture) target feed Mysis shrimp twice a week. You could probably get by with cyclopeeze. The zoas need minimal feeding, any of the plankton type foods available will do onse or twice a week. I like Oysterfeast, but there are many good products available.

Yeah Mysis shrimp for the brain coral. They are fun to feed too. I thaw some mysis in a small container with tank water and use a turkey baster to target feed it. Slowly squirt the mysis out into their tentacles or what ever you call those things. They will grab a hold of it and move it to their mouth. Your clowns or any other fish in the tank may try to snatch the food from it though.

I dont target feed my zoas at all, i dont think you need to. They get plenty of food out of the water column.

Also, just FYI its spelled "coral" not "corel" (in case you want to do a google search)
